Pharmacy Tech/Biller

Maintain pharmacy organization, cleanliness, and a friendly service environment while assisting the pharmacist in prescription processing, dispensing verification, and inventory management. Manage patient financial services by establishing charts, generating billing reports, obtaining authorizations, and ensuring accurate reimbursement for Medi-cal, Medicare, and secondary payers. Coordinate Home Infusion services, validate insurance, and process patient deliveries to units. Perform end-of-day processing, reconcile funds, audit unbilled reports, and maintain strict compliance with state and federal regulations. Work a 10-hour day shift under the supervision of the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager.
