Pharmacy Tech 1 Part Time

Retrieve appropriate medication from inventory, input customer and prescription information into the dispensing system, and create prescription labels while adjudicating insurance claims. Complete paperwork for filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders, order prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department, and stock prescription medication. Promote pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to customers, prioritize workload, and maintain a clean, orderly pharmacy. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and use effective communication skills. High School/GED or state requirements, Retail/Community Practice experience, excellent customer service skills, and proficient typing skills required. Part-time schedule with weekly pay and scheduling flexibility.
