Pharmacy Team Leader - Shadyside Market District

Oversee and contribute to the safe and efficient dispensing of all patient orders by following quality assurance policies and procedures. Model excellent patient care by respecting, engaging, and meeting all patient needs including counseling and problem solving. Perform all duties of a Pharmacist, including interpreting, filling, and refilling prescriptions while reviewing clinical aspects and maintaining up-to-date patient profiles. Provide direct supervision, coaching, and feedback to all team members, manage inventories through tracking daily reports and overseeing physical counts, and administer immunizations to optimize outcomes. Review and analyze service and business metrics to contribute to action plans for improvement. Complete all required audits and paperwork while maintaining a neat, sterile work environment. Continuously build professional rapport with outside partners including physicians, nurses, and vendors.
