Pharmacy Team Leader

Oversee and contribute to the safe and efficient dispensing of all patient orders by following quality assurance policies and procedures. Model excellent patient care by respecting, engaging, and meeting all patient needs including counseling and problem solving. Perform all duties of a Pharmacist, including interpreting, filling, and refilling prescriptions while maintaining up-to-date patient profiles. Provide an optimal team and patient experience through proper scheduling, delegation, and efficient supply management. Manage inventories by tracking daily reports and overseeing physical counts to maximize profits. Supervise, coordinate, and oversee selection, training, development, and performance of staff to ensure continuous engagement. Administer immunizations and actively participate in clinical services to optimize outcomes. Review and analyze service and business metrics to contribute to action plans that improve department services.
