Job Summary
Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations by supervising staff, maintaining workflow, and providing leadership while ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient medication dispensing. Counsel patients on new therapies, monitor drug regimens for interactions, and maintain controlled substance records. Assist in fiscal management, organize efficient workflows, and coordinate staff scheduling, training, and evaluations. Requires a pharmacist license, bachelor's degree, and leadership experience. Schedule is 40 weekly hours at Monument Health Gillette Clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
- Pharmacist License
- Accredited University or accredited training professionals
- 1+ years of Leadership Experience
- 1+ years of Pharmaceutical Experience
- Ability to work assigned schedules and hours as determined by the department
