Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff while developing performance standards and conducting appraisals. Provide leadership for home infusion pharmacy services, including service line development, quality assessment, and process improvement initiatives. Manage business operations in the Director's absence and coordinate interdisciplinary services with nursing, other pharmacy areas, and external agencies. Maintain clinical competencies and assist in managing drug shortages through utilization expertise. Requires Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy with three years of experience and licensure in Oregon and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy with equivalent experience
- 3 years of Pharmacist experience
- Pharmacist Licensure in the State of Oregon (required at start of position)
- Pharmacist License in the State of Washington (required at start of position or soon after)
- Proficiency in an area of clinical pharmacy practice
- Communication, written, and verbal
