Job Summary
Conduct patient counseling, fill prescriptions in compliance with laws and policies, and provide consultation on drug therapy and health products. Manage over the counter medications, immunizations, point of care testing, and disease state management while actively participating in clinical services. Implement company initiatives to increase pharmacy profitability under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Requires full-time pharmacy program enrollment, valid state intern license, and adaptability to schedule changes. Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited school of pharmacy
- Must hold a valid state intern license if required by the state of employment
- Ability to readily and positively adapt to changes in schedule specifications, and work priorities as the business and customer needs demand
- Ability to cooperate with others and work as part of a team
