Job Summary
Plan territory objectives to meet sales goals and execute development plans for the North Carolina customer base. Act as the lead point of contact for all pharmacy utilization matters, proactively resolving customer issues and ensuring end-to-end satisfaction. Build daily schedules to meet accounts, collaborate with pharmacists on short- and long-term strategies, and identify opportunities to improve service utilization. Operate as a consultative business partner, bringing marketing needs to management and facilitating account education events. Manage onboarding for new accounts and locations while maintaining current field materials and communicating pharmacy benefits effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to effectively develop and build relationships with customers/individuals at all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Word, Excel
- 2-5 Years of relevant field sales experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic math while analyzing data and generating reports
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
- Some previous experience with software products, preferably purchasing software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to work well with various personalities and within a team
- Ability to participate in continuous quality improvement activities
- Ability to regularly talk or hear
- Ability to frequently walk; sit and use hands
- Ability to occasionally stand
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Dermatology a plus
