Pharmacy Site Manager

Supervise all staff personnel activities and enforce departmental policies while managing site-specific pharmacy information systems. Coordinate personnel scheduling, assist in hiring and orientation, and conduct performance evaluations. Develop departmental budgets, goals, and objectives, and resolve medication therapy or logistics issues between pharmacy and other hospital departments. Oversee procurement, controlled substance systems, and the MEDS bedside delivery service, ensuring accurate referral tracking and patient counseling. Report medication errors, implement corrective measures, and serve as a medication resource to patients and internal departments.
