Job Summary
Oversee pharmacy technician teams and manage fulfillment operations within a specialty pharmacy environment. Direct scheduling, lead daily workflows, and drive continuous improvement in processes using pharmacy management systems. Maintain strong communication with staff and stakeholders while ensuring compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced setting. This role requires prolonged standing and occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs. Candidates must hold active PTCB certification and at least five years of pharmacy technician experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy technician experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a specialty pharmacy, retail pharmacy or high-volume environment
- Strong experience in fulfillment operations, scheduling, and team management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and fulfillment software
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Fluent in English
