Job Summary
Deliver prescriptions and medications to patients as part of pharmacy services, collect and transport prescriptions and related items, maintain records and statistics, contribute to audits, ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice and medicines legislation, promote safety and quality in the vehicle and during deliveries, identify patients with medication problems and refer to a pharmacist, provide strong customer service, multi-task in a busy environment, maintain punctuality and attendance, participate in mandatory training, work well in a team, and communicate effectively with patients and staff. The role requires driving responsibilities in California, a valid CA driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and fluency in English with preference for Spanish and/or Punjabi.”,
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License, proof of insurance, and personal transportation
- Written and verbal communication skills in English commensurate with college level education; preference for Spanish and/or Punjabi
