Job Summary
Oversee and expand the 340B pharmacy program across multiple clinics in Yakima, Kittitas, and Ellensburg counties, driving compliance, optimization, and sustainable growth. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams to strengthen integrated care delivery, develop high-performing pharmacy services, and champion innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. Ensure patients have access to affordable medications while leading a mission-driven effort to advance equitable, high-quality care. Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, five years of related experience, three years in a supervisory capacity, and a Washington state pharmacist license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Five years related experience and/or training
- Three years in a supervisory or management capacity
- WA Pharmacist License
- Current driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Immunizations prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU)
- Pre-employment drug screen
