Job Summary
Oversee and expand the 340B program, driving compliance, optimization, and sustainable growth while ensuring patients have access to affordable medications. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams to strengthen integrated care delivery, develop high-performing pharmacy services, and champion innovative solutions that improve outcomes. Manage on-site 340B pharmacies serving Yakima, Kittitas, and Ellensburg counties, including drive-through operations. Requires a PharmD or equivalent degree, five years of pharmacy experience, three years in a supervisory capacity, a valid WA Pharmacist License, current driver's license, and completion of required immunizations. Salary ranges from $177,684 to $212,328 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and loan repayment options. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- five years related experience and/or training
- 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity
- WA Pharmacist License
- Current driver's license

- Immunizations prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU)
