Pharmacy Service Representative

Act as the patient’s advocate to ensure prescribed drug therapy and the pharmacy care plan are followed; communicate with patients to ensure proper delivery of medications for infusion appointments; assist in educating patients on using the Digital platform and determining patient availability for Digital designation; ensure patients receive notifications and understand appointment schedules; respond to patient calls timely; collect and update patient demographics; enter relevant communications into the pharmacy operating system; assist with picking and packing products for shipping; attend meetings and assist in business development and data-collection software launches; proficient use of computer applications; perform other duties as assigned by management.
