Pharmacy Sales Technician

Perform all Pharmacy Service Representative functions to ensure prompt service, including computer entry of prescription information, patient and prescriber searches, drug selection, and insurance billing. Accept customer and prescription data to process new and refill prescriptions, retrieve medications from inventory, create labels, and place drugs into containers. Complete related paperwork, maintain department cleanliness, and assist with inventory management processes such as order review, restocking, and physical inventory preparation. Reconstitute oral liquids where permitted by state law. This role requires 600 practical hours in retail or pharmacy operations and offers hourly pay starting at $16.25 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
