Job Summary
Perform all Pharmacy Service Representative functions to ensure prompt service, including computer entry of prescription information, patient and prescriber searches, drug selection, and insurance billing. Accept customer and prescription data for new and refill prescriptions, retrieve medications from inventory, create labels, and place drugs into containers. Reconstitute oral liquids and complete related paperwork while maintaining department cleanliness and assisting with inventory management processes. This role requires 600 practical hours in retail or pharmacy operations and a high school diploma or GED. Weis Markets offers growth opportunities for associates.
