Job Summary
As a Pharmacy Relationship Manager, educate pharmacy staff on savings opportunities (up to 80% off prescriptions) and provide Savings Cards to medical offices; build and retain relationships with Pharmacy Staff and Healthcare Providers; drive growth by educating and engaging with office staff to help patients save on medications; manage accounts with independent accountability, and operate in a partially remote capacity visiting medical professionals in your area. Territory includes the San Antonio metropolitan area. Training and compensation include comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, monthly bonuses, and great commission. Must have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills with a proven track record
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (building strong relationships)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently to oversee accounts and increase revenue
- Reliable transportation (partially remote role with visits to medical professionals)
