Job Summary
Pharmacy Relationship Manager responsible for educating pharmacy staff and healthcare providers on how patients can save up to 80% on prescriptions through our Savings Card, building and retaining relationships with pharmacy staff and providers, and driving regional growth. Role involves engaging medical offices to promote savings programs, visiting professionals in the field, and leveraging a training-focused, commission-driven compensation structure. Strong interpersonal, communication, and self-driven account management skills are essential, with reliable transportation for in-person visits to medical professionals in the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience preferred but not required
- Sales skills with a proven track record
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently to oversee accounts and increase revenue
- Reliable transportation (partially remote role with visits to medical professionals)
