Job Summary
Pharmacy Relationship Manager: Educate pharmacy staff and office staff on how patients can save up to 80% on prescriptions, build and retain relationships with Pharmacy Staff and Healthcare Providers, and drive adoption of the Savings Card. Responsibilities include educating staff about savings opportunities, engaging with medical offices, creating and maintaining accounts, and increasing revenue. Requirements emphasize pharmaceutical/medical sales experience (preferred but not required), strong sales and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, independent work capability, and reliable transportation for in-area visits. The role is partially remote with in-area visits; territories will be discussed during interview. We are currently hiring in the San Antonio metropolitan area; additional locations include Nashville, Tennessee. Benefits include comprehensive training, monthly bonuses, and great commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills with a proven track record
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (building strong relationships)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently to oversee accounts and increase revenue
- Reliable transportation (this position is partially remote and you will be visiting medical professionals in your area)
