Pharmacy Rebate Analyst

Job Summary
Pharmacy Rebate Analyst role at AscellaHealth (Berwyn, PA) offering hybrid work (3 days in office) with potential remote US option. Lead rebate operations and financial analysis for pharmacy rebates; administer rebate submissions, forecast rebate-related performance, perform variance analysis, and deliver client-facing rebate outputs. Build and validate rebate data, reconciliation, and reporting across rebate, claims, and financial datasets. Prepare rebate reporting packages and maintain audit trails; communicate complex findings to executives and cross-functional teams. Requires strong Excel and SQL skills, experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred), and familiarity with Alteryx (preferred). Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in related fields are required. Ensures documentation of data structures, methodologies, and reporting logic; collaborates with clients, aggregators, and pharma partners and adapts to shifting priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in pharmacy rebates, PBM operations, healthcare financial reporting, or rebate administration
- Strong experience with Excel and SQL
- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Alteryx or similar workflow tools (preferred)
