Job Summary
Process outdates, receive daily orders via hand scanner, and restock shelves while organizing prepacks. Manage punchbacks, partials, and backorders by filling them through Surecost and other secondary vendors. Order packaging and hand pack supplies for packing machines and Dosis and TCGRx machines. Maintain high attention to detail and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requires Pharmacy Technician Certification, previous pharmacy experience, and ability to work weekends and overtime. Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (Required upon hire)
- Good organizational skills
- knowledge of prescription terminology
- the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Available to work overtime when needed
- Available to work weekends when needed
- Knowledge of medical language and abbreviations
- High school diploma or GED
