Job Summary
Support program implementation goals and post-implementation oversight for pharmacy programs, and drive operational improvements for core operations. Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure business alignment and change management. Help develop project plans, track milestones, flag risks, manage escalations, and conduct program retros to assess strengths and weaknesses. Lead certain components of the program and partner with multiple departments to ensure operational excellence. Develop tools and standards to support programs year over year, prepare meeting materials, and manage status updates and action items. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of commensurate experience) and 3+ years in PBM/payer/pharmacy consulting with cross-functional leadership; bonus points for experience with RxClaim, pharmacy QA, Jira/Appian, and project management platforms. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York with three in-office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
- 3+ years working for a PBM, Payer, or Pharmacy Consulting firm, with a focus on reviewing healthcare data
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams/projects and change management
- 1+ years working with health insurance regulation/compliance
- 1+ years working with technical teams, integrations or product management
