Job Summary
Support program implementation goals and end-to-end project execution within Oscar Health's Pharmacy Programs. Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business alignment, monitor program risks and milestones, assist in project plan development, track and communicate status, and help drive operational excellence and changes management. Lead certain components of the program, develop tools and standards for year-over-year program growth, prepare meeting materials, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience.
- 3+ years working for a PBM, Payer, or Pharmacy Consulting firm, with a focus on reviewing healthcare data.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams/projects and change management.
- 1+ years working with health insurance regulation/compliance.
- 1+ years working with technical teams, integrations or product management.
Desired Qualifications

- Experience with payers offering ACA/health exchange insurance.
