Pharmacy Practice Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day pharmacy services including drug distribution, clinical activities, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate patient care services with healthcare providers to resolve clinical or distribution issues. Assist with personnel activities such as interviewing, orientation, staffing, and performance appraisals while preparing staff schedules and assignments. Monitor controlled drug disposition and conduct regular audits. Prepare departmental policies and procedures, and participate in performance improvement and financial parameter monitoring to operate within budgetary targets. Perform staff pharmacist duties as necessary. Requires a Pharm D or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PA/NY licensure, and three years of pharmacy experience.
