Pharmacy Practice Supervisor- Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist -Care Partner Clinic

Lead pharmacy services and supervise day-to-day functions including drug distribution, clinical activities, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate patient care services with healthcare providers, assist with policy implementation, and manage staff development through interviewing, orientation, and performance appraisals. Prepare work schedules, monitor controlled drug dispositions, and ensure operational practices meet budgetary targets. Perform duties of a staff pharmacist as necessary and report on relevant activities to supervision.
