Job Summary
Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the pharmacy budget, minimizing or avoiding unauthorized overtime, and controlling pharmacy inventory. Perform necessary pharmacy staff training and development while providing excellence in customer service. Accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice within state and federal laws and corporate policies, including managing prescription pricing and generic utilization. Implement and participate in corporate approved clinical services. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Required Qualifications
