Pharmacy over-the-counter associate

Over-the-Counter associate at Walmart assists customers, properly zones the assigned area, follows tasks from the OTC/Pharmacy Manager, maintains department presentation, and delivers exemplary customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining patient confidentiality in line with the Privacy Act, supporting department sales as directed by the Pharmacy Manager, rotating stock and checking for expired products, zoning the department, following procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, keeping the area clean and safe, maintaining pricing accuracy, and calibrating equipment used in the prescription filling process. This position has a minimum hourly rate of $17.75 in Canada.
