Job Summary
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy caregivers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant medication-use processes. Provide direct leadership to pharmacists and technicians, manage staffing and workflow, and assist with quality, process improvement, inventory management, and diversion prevention efforts. Partner with the Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Supervisor to support departmental goals, regulatory compliance, and caregiver development. Requires a PharmD degree, current Colorado license, and two years of hospital pharmacy supervisory experience. Located in Montrose, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy", "Current Colorado pharmacy license", "Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
Desired Qualifications
