Pharmacy Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end production of ~500 home and travel medical kits per month (each ~35 prescriptions) in a pharmacy environment; develop and improve SOPs for kit assembly and quality control; monitor workflows to ensure accuracy, schedule compliance, and regulatory adherence; manage inventory of prescriptions, OTC items, and packaging materials; coordinate with pharmacists and technicians for accurate fulfillment; supervise and train production staff; schedule planning, capacity management, and KPIs; provide regular updates to pharmacy leadership and collaborate with clinical and member services teams to scale production as membership grows; on-site production floor presence in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or production management
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, detail-intensive production workflows
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; comfortable working with KPIs and operational metrics
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
