Pharmacy Operations

Own end-to-end pharmacy operations for patients, providers, and last-mile delivery by targeting, onboarding, training, and auditing partner pharmacies to ensure full geographic coverage. Lead and coach pharmacists, fulfillment specialists, account managers, and riders to achieve daily targets while defining and achieving key KPIs such as fulfillment speed, order acceptance rate, accuracy, medication adherence, and NPS. Monitor API service levels and order queues, identify bottlenecks, and resolve them before they impact patients. Manage inventory, substitution, and refill workflows to maintain stock levels and prevent outages. Collaborate with Finance to process settlements and ensure timely payments to pharmacies and logistics partners. Enforce regulatory compliance by managing documentation, cold-chain protocols, controlled drugs, and local guidelines. Collect and distribute operational insights to Product, Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success teams. Foster a culture of ownership, rapid feedback, and customer focus. This hybrid role requires on-site presence thrice weekly initially, with travel for audits and engagements.
