Job Summary
Prepare, pack, and ship approximately 20 medical kits daily via FedEx and courier, ensuring high presentation quality. Assemble shipping materials, extract and filter patient data to determine shipping priority, and manage weekly ordering of custom name tags. Track shipments end-to-end, proactively resolve delivery exceptions, and perform final quality assurance on every outgoing kit for accuracy and completeness. Serve as the primary point of contact for kit-related questions across internal teams via Slack while maintaining inventory of components and shipping supplies. Document fulfillment workflows and surface data trends to the Operations Manager. Handle patient information in strict accordance with HIPAA standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a similar hands-on coordination role
- Working understanding of HIPAA and comfort handling sensitive health information
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for presentation
- Comfort with Google Sheets
- Familiarity with FedEx/USPS shipping platforms and label tools like Avery
- Ability to handle the physical demands of daily packing and box assembly
- Clear communicator who can be a reliable point of contact across teams in Slack
- Able to juggle recurring weekly tasks alongside ad-hoc requests without dropping either
