Job Summary
Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels while modeling and enforcing proper customer service approaches. Oversee community outreach programs and ensure compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews. Lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to improve community health and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
