Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community outreach. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques while maintaining accurate pricing, merchandise presentation, and inventory levels. Analyze financial and operational data to enhance pharmacy performance, implement safety controls, and oversee compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and company policies. Ensure all activities meet legal standards and quality assurance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
