Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community outreach. Model and enforce customer service approaches, maintain accurate inventory and pricing, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Analyze financial and performance data to enhance pharmacy operations and make informed business decisions while managing daily pharmacy functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
