Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community health. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches while overseeing merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory levels. Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance, implement loss prevention controls, and participate in community outreach programs to improve engagement. Maintain compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes, company policies, and safety standards through regular quality assurance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
