Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community outreach. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches, ensure effective merchandise presentation and accurate pricing, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews. Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance, financial decisions, and patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
