Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches while overseeing merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory levels. Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes, company policies, and legal regulations through safety and quality assurance reviews. Participate in community outreach programs to encourage associates to serve as good community members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
