Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager position at Thrifty White Pharmacy in Willmar, MN with leadership responsibilities across patient-care services and clinical programs. Lead team by coaching and maintaining high standards in patient service; structure workflow for efficient prescription filling and counseling; deliver clinical services including CMR, TMR, CMM, Disease State Management, and Immunizations; develop LTC and specialty business opportunities and communicate with marketers. Manage and dispense medications and related supplies, ensuring compliance and quality care. Requires pharmacy licensure, PharmD or MTM certification, immunization and CPR certifications, and an active NPI number. Strong emphasis on value-based care, patient outcomes, and opportunities for advancement within an employee-owned environment.
Required Qualifications
- A pharmacy license without any federal sanctions
- A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program)
