Pharmacy Manager

Pharmacy Manager at Thrifty White in Detroit Lakes, MN leads a team to deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care across retail, long term care, clinical services, and specialty pharmacy. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to build loyalty, leading and coaching the team, structuring workflow for efficient prescription filling and patient counseling, delivering clinical services such as Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR), Targeted Medication Reviews (TMR), Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM), disease state management, and immunizations; developing and following up on long term care and specialty business opportunities; dispensing medications and providing all clinical pharmacy services. Applicants must have a pharmacy license without sanctions, a PharmD or MTM Certification, current Immunization and CPR certifications, and an NPI Number.
