Pharmacy Manager

Pharmacy Manager position in Bemidji, MN focused on leading the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, championing Thrifty White programs (Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, HealthyPackRx), guiding workflow for efficient prescription filling and patient counseling, delivering clinical services such as Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR), Targeted Medication Reviews (TMR), Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM), disease state management, and immunizations, and developing Long Term Care and Specialty business opportunities. The role involves dispensing medications and related supplies, maintaining high standards of patient service, and supporting workforce development through coaching and leadership. Required qualifications include a pharmacy license without federal sanctions, a PharmD or MTM Certification, current Immunization and CPR certifications, and an NPI Number.
