Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager leads and develops the store’s pharmacy team to deliver safe, compassionate patient care and immunization services, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, optimizes pharmacy operations and inventory, conducts onboarding and ongoing training, coaches performance, and partners with the Store Manager to maintain a high-performing, inclusive team while upholding Walgreens CVS-level standards for patient safety and quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
