Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques while overseeing merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory levels. Analyze financial and performance data to enhance pharmacy outcomes and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews. Manage community outreach programs and participate in loss prevention controls. This role supports Walmart's commitment to improving community health and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
