Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community outreach. Enforce proper customer service techniques, manage merchandise presentation and inventory levels, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews while maintaining compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and company policies. Analyze financial and performance data to drive informed business decisions and enhance patient outcomes. This role supports Walmart's mission to improve community health and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
