Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community health. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques while maintaining accurate pricing, merchandise presentation, and inventory levels. Oversee safety and quality assurance reviews, analyze financial and performance data to drive business decisions, and manage community outreach programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Based in Kansas City, MO, this role requires a pharmacist with a PharmD and active license to lead operations and improve community engagement standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
