Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy as pharmacist in charge, delivering patient care services and optimizing medication therapy for acute and chronic conditions. Drive financial performance while upholding operational standards, safety, and compliance metrics. Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team, partnering with management to implement initiatives that increase profitability. Maintain a variety of schedules to support the fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D, active license, and Certified Immunizer status required. 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
