Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist)

Lead the pharmacy as pharmacist in charge, actively delivering patient care services while optimizing medication therapy for acute and chronic conditions. Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager. Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team while partnering with management to develop initiatives that increase profitability. Manage financial performance and maintain all held licenses in good standing within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requires Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D, active license, and Certified Immunizer status.
