Job Summary
Deliver patient care services while managing the financial performance of the pharmacy and acting as pharmacist in charge. Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance. Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team while partnering with management to develop initiatives that increase profitability. Maintain an active pharmacy license in good standing and hold certification as an immunizer. Work a variety of schedules with competitive wages and access to up to 50% of earned wages before payday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified Immunizer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
