Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy team by actively delivering patient care services, optimizing medication therapy for disease state management, and supervising staff recruitment and training. Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance while acting as pharmacist in charge to drive financial performance. Partner with management to implement initiatives that increase profitability and strengthen community ties through direct patient-centered care. Requires a Pharm.D or Bachelor's in Pharmacy with an active license, Certified Immunizer status, and one year of supervisory experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified Immunizer

- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
