Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy as pharmacist in charge, delivering patient care services and optimizing medication therapy for acute and chronic conditions. Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance while recruiting, training, and supervising the pharmacy team. Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability and drive financial performance. Requires a Pharm.D or Bachelor's in Pharmacy with an active license, Certified Immunizer status, and one year of supervisory experience. Flexible schedules available with a $100k sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified Immunizer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
