Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy as pharmacist in charge, actively delivering patient care services while managing financial performance under the Division Pharmacy Manager. Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance. Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team. Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability. Manage acute and chronic conditions through disease state management and optimized medication therapy. Requires an active pharmacy license, Certified Immunizer certification, and ability to work a variety of schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified Immunizer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
